Product Description

This is a brand new sprayer to our range and it has been worth the wait.  Very high chemical resistance which allows for the application of brake cleaner, acetone, degreasing solutions, rust conversion and corrosion protection products as well as paint and adhesive removers.

This is an ideal small sprayer for use within the motor, manufacturing & construction industries with its high chemical resistance to many types of product that normally cause issues when being sprayed. This sprayer can be used with brake cleaning fluids that contain acetone plus many other types of cleaning and degreasing solutions.

The sprayer has a coated internal spring, that allows for the high chemical resistance, and an enclosed pump head that is made from nylon which protects the internal mechanical systems from dirt & dust that would hinder the operation of many other types of sprayer. The nozzle is adjustable allowing a spray pattern from a fine mist to a single jet.

The internal seals mean that this hand spraying unit can be used to apply highly aggressive and complex cleaning solutions with a pH range of 1 - 14.

Resistance Guide

FAQs

Doesn't being resistant to pH 1-14 mean that it can spray everything?

Unfortunately not. The pH is an indicator as to which type of sprayer would be required for a particular product. The main consideration, when deciding which sprayer to use, is the active or corrosive ingredient. This is why we have a chemical resistance chart so you can match the product you are using to a sprayer. If you don't know the active ingredient then we may be able to help so please let us know what you are using and we can help you to select an appropriate sprayer.
