Shipping policy

Setting a standard delivery charge and service is not an easy task with a wide range of sizes, weights and destinations.  With this in mind, we have tried to make ordering as easy as possible and we aim to accommodate your needs. Goods are generally dispatched within 2-4 working days but this can depend on the time of year, busy periods and stock availability. Priority despatch should be chosen at the checkout if your order is urgent. With this service we will endeavour to have your order collected at the first possible opportunity.  Should your order be received before 12pm on a standard week day then it will normally be collected that day otherwise your order should be collected the following work day.  We only charge one delivery fee regardless of the size of order but for certain locations such as Ireland and offshore islands, the method of delivery is chosen according to the product, your delivery location and the weight of goods.

Dispatch: Dispatch is normally made within 2-4 working days of your order being received depending on time of year, stock availability etc. 

Please note that due to the size and nature of many of our products, delivery is not made by an 'economy courier' and prices can sometimes rise quite sharply for Highlands, Islands and both Northern Ireland and Eire as well as for European destinations. The delivery charge includes a small handling charge to cover packaging and administration. If you have any questions regarding deliveries and charges, then please do not hesitate to contact us. PLEASE NOTE THAT VAT WILL BE LEVIED ON HANDLING AND DELIVERY CHARGES.

Please check your goods immediately upon receipt

All packages, particularly those containing sprayers and accessories, should be checked to ensure that contents are complete as soon as possible upon arrival. If anything is missing, damaged or faulty then we must be notified within 48 hours, otherwise replacement parts may be subject to our standard delivery charges.  With faulty items we may require the item to be returned to us prior to a replacement being issued.  This requirement is at our discretion.
