Seal Kit - FPM Metal Sprayers

This service kit contains 15 O-rings of various sizes, a valve cover and a compression tube collar all made from FPM therefore with high resistance to acid chemicals. These are the most highly used parts within a sprayer therefore would be required to be changed more frequently than any other part. This kit is a good addition to your sprayer as it means that any damaged or worn part can be replaced, quickly, keeping you spraying and reducing any potential damage.

One of the heaviest used parts of a compression sprayer is the piston ring that sits in the compression tube. Every movement of the sprayer handle (to put air into the tank) moves the plastic piston ring up and down within the compression tube. If the tube isn't lubricated on a regular basis then it can become dry and the ring will heat up as it is moved which will slowly start to cause wear and eventually damage which will mean that you will not be able to pressurise your tank. Keeping the tube lubricated will extend the life of the ring but eventually it will wear and so this kit contains a replacement.

This kit is for our Profilt, Inox Plus and Ferrox Plus compression sprayers.

Why do you have so many different kits?

All the kits contain different parts for different sprayers. The difference could be the materials from which the O Rings (for example) are made, the maximum pressure that the sprayer is designed to operate at or just the type of sprayer. As we have a wide range of professional quality sprayers then our sprayers are designed for use with many different types of chemical or within different types of environment therefore the number of different seal packs we have has to reflect this.
