Product Description
The Profilt is a high quality steel compression sprayer. It has a maximum working pressure of 6bar allowing you to spray liquids with a higher viscosity (thicker) than standard 3 bar sprayers.
The polyester coated steel tank can be used with liquids of much higher temperature than plastic tanks. This model can be used with liquids up to 50oC and is far more robust than a tank constructed from plastic. The Profilt is not only an excellent sprayer for general industrial use but is recommend for the spray application of our Protecnet range of products.
As well as a pressure gauge, so that you can see the pressure within the tank, this sprayer can be connected to & filled by a compressor meaning that you can have a constantly pressurised sprayer.

FAQs
What does Tank Ullage mean?
Ullage is the name given to the difference between the maximum fill capacity and the total tank capacity. Tank Ullage is a very important factor when selecting a sprayer but is largely ignored. The larger the ullage, the more space there is for compressed air. The more compressed air you have then the longer the spraying time before you run out of pressure which means a longer spray time before you have to stop and pump the tank. This sprayer has a large ullage of 4-litres which is very good for a sprayer with this size of tank.
Can this sprayer be used with your long telescopic lances?
Yes, this metal compression sprayer can be used with both our 5.4-metre, 3.2-metre and 2.5 metre telescopic lances.
Why is this sprayer a lower price than your other steel sprayers?
Firstly don't think that you are getting a lower quality sprayer just because the price is lower than other models, because you aren't. Our Profilt sprayer is made in the same factory and of the same materials as the higher priced sprayers so the quality and strength of the sprayer is the same as you would expect from our other models. There are a few differences with this sprayer firstly the hose is not a recoil hose and is shorter than many of our sprayers however it is still 1.2 metres long which is plenty of length for most spraying jobs. It also has a single shoulder strap for carrying the tank rather than padded straps and the Stop Valve (spray gun) is the basic design rather than the enhanced design used on our other metal sprayers.
