Electric Foam Sprayer - 2 litre - Alkaline

These sprayers are deal for the application of many types of foaming cleaning agents, and are most suited to the professional user although its size makes them ideal for use around the home.

This battery-operated pump has a 2 litre fill capacity and a special flat jet nozzle that ensures fine and economical foam distribution which, together with the included fleece pads, allow the foam consistency to be adjusted so, depending upon the type of chemical being used, and the area of application, the nozzle can be adjusted to apply either a stable, adhesive, or flowing foam.

The large bottle opening makes filling the container easy and the sprayers EPDM seals offer good resistance to many different types of foaming cleaning chemicals as well as other types of industrial chemicals.  Also, this sprayer has two spray modes; you can choose between manual spraying, which is ideal for targeted use and a continuous spray function most suited for the spraying of larger areas.

This sprayer is easily charged using the included USB-C cable.

We recommend that you protect the battery packs from moisture, and do not use defective or deformed battery packs. The battery packs are sealed and you should not attempt to open them. You should keep battery packs away from children, and do not expose them to fire or high temperatures. Do not use or store batteries near heat sources (>80°C), or potential fire hazards.

How long does it take to charge this sprayer?

If you have allowed the sprayer to completely run out of charge then it can take around an hour to fully charge. However, the charge indication lights allow you to see the amount of remaining charge so there shouldn't be the need for the sprayer to become completely empty.

Does the sprayer need to be run down before recharging?

You don't have to completely empty the battery of charge before recharging, you can charge the sprayer after every use if you wish. It can, sometimes, be worth running the sprayer to empty before recharging but this does not have to be done on a regular basis.

Can I use any liquid in this sprayer?

There are two things that you should be aware of when deciding which liquids should be used with the sprayer; firstly check the chemical compatibility to ensure that the chemical is suitable for the sprayer, and secondly ensure that the chemical product is designed to foam. This sprayer is designed to be used with foaming products so foam will not be produced unless products are designed to foam.

Have you got larger sprayers?

Yes, we have foaming sprayers with an 8 litre fill capacity but these a not battery powered so require pressurising by hand.

How can the consistency of the foam be changed?

Foam pads are placed into the nozzle section of the sprayer and adding or removing these, the consistency of the foam can be changed to match your particular requirement. The sprayer is supplied with these pads and replacement packs can be purchased.
