Product Description
Baticlean ECR will eliminate all types of unwanted greening from most types of external surface. As part of our ECO-Responsibility range, Baticlean ECR does not contain any chlorinated substances or alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride which you will find in many types of cleaning products for external surfaces.
Baticlean ECR is a pH neutral product meaning it can be used with confidence on the vast majority of external surfaces including those made from wood, zinc, aluminium, plastics, glass, natural slate, roof tiles, fibre cement sheets, lacquered cladding, composite sheets, stone and bituminous surfaces amongst many others. Baticlean ECR will not damage these surfaces, once applied the surfaces can continue to breathe and it does not require rinsing. You also have peace of mind, knowing that you can paint over a treated surface once dry.
With a coverage of around 100m2 per litre, this is a powerful product.
Before use, Baticean ECR should be diluted with fresh water at a rate of 10% (1:9) meaning that you only need one litre to make 10 litres of solution which will give you a coverage of between 80m2 - 120m2 depending upon the level of surface contamination.
Baticlean ECR should be applied to a dry surface when there is no rain forecast for a minimum of 12 hours after application. The temperature should be between 10oC-30oC (50oF-80oF).

FAQs
What is the difference between Baticlean CR & Baticlean ECR?
The products are chemically very different however they are used in very similar ways. Both are pH neutral and do not require rinsing. Baticlean ECR has a much higher coverage rate (around 3x higher than Baticlean CR) and is recommended for external use only. Baticlean ECR is designed for ground surfaces such as driveways, car parks, decking and patios but whilst Baticlean CR can be used on these surfaces it is really intended for buildings such as roofs and walls.
