3 Nozzle Spray Wand

This high quality brass spray extension boom measures 1-metre wide and is fitted with 3 brass nozzles that give a spray pattern of 1.5-metres wide.

This is the ideal option, for use with our Mesto range of sprayers, when looking to spray larger areas as this extension spraying boom allows you to spray with 3 nozzles at the same time so a standard spray width of around 500mm suddenly becomes 1500mm so greatly reducing the time you spend spraying or greatly increasing the area that you can spray in a day.

The boom is supplied with 3 fan nozzles however these can be changed with others from our range if they would be better suited to your spraying needs. To do this, just contact us and we can advise which nozzles can be used and make the necessary changes for you.

With the lance and nozzles being constructed from brass this is a hard wearing accessory so, with the minimum of care, will last for many years.

Whilst this boom is supplied with nozzles attached, you can have additional nozzles that will allow you spray a range of flow rates. We recommend using Flat Jet nozzles rather than cone nozzles especially if you wish to maintain the maximum spray width.

How does this boom attach to the sprayer?

This will vary slightly depending upon the sprayer you are using however, generally, you simply thread the boom on to the end of the spray lance. What this means is that this boom replaces the single spray nozzle that you would use as standard.

Can I use this boom with all sprayers?

Unfortunately not, it will only fit the sprayers from our Mesto range. It will fit directly to all of the sprayers with brass lances but can be used with all others however you will need a thread adaptor. If you are uncertain then just contact us and we will advise which options are available.

If I use spray hoods, how to I attach them?

Firstly, if you wish to use spray hoods with this boom then we recommend the Round Spray Hood as this is the most suited shape when using more than one. Attaching them is very easy, simply remove the nozzle and push the threaded nozzle connector through the hole in the hood, then screw the nozzle back into place.
