Product Description

Brass telescopic lance for all of the knapsack, backpack and compression sprayers within our Mesto range.

This 2-piece telescopic lance can be extended to 200 cm (2 meters) in length and starts at 107cm thus giving you a good range of lengths to suit your spraying requirements. It has a plastic locking screw which is simply loosened when extending or retracting the lance and tightened when the lance is at the correct length.

The lance connects to the stop valve of your sprayer and nozzles are attached to the male thread. If you wish to change the angle at which the nozzle sprays then we recommend using our brass elbow that sits between the lance and the nozzle and changes the angle by approximately 30 degrees.

FAQs

Why would I buy a brass lance instead of a normal plastic lance?

A brass lance is stronger and has a harder wearing thread than a plastic lance. It is very good for non corrosive products such as herbicides etc and, whilst heavier, has a longer reach than a plastic lance can offer.

I notice that the nozzle will just spray out of the end of the lance, can I angle the nozzle?

If you are spraying a wall or roof then it can be convenient to have the nozzle angled slightly towards the surface. Our brass elbow can be added to the lance which changed the nozzle angle by around 30 degrees. The photo showing the lance being used to spray the timber cladding, you can see one of the brass elbows fitted and how it gives an angle for the spray nozzle.
