The Atlas range of backpack sprayers are designed as pump-action units, featuring a spray lance and handle, adjustable padded shoulder straps, and an adjustable spray nozzle. These sprayers offer a maximum reach of 7 metres and operate by pumping the spray handle, which generates spray with each movement. The double-action pump mechanism ensures that liquid is dispensed during both the outward and inward strokes, providing enhanced energy efficiency for the user.

Product Description
This is a manual sprayer with a capacity fill of either 12 litres or 17 litres depending upon the tank size you prefer. The pump action lance & handle allows for double-action spraying and is supplied with an adjustable spray nozzle. You will obtain a maximum spray reach of up to 7 metres and the adjustable padded straps allow the tank to be carried comfortably on your back.
This is not a normal backpack sprayer as you aren't pressurising the tank, nor are you having to continuously pump the tank in order to spray. With the Atlas range of sprayers, the tank is literally just that, it is a tank to hold the liquid solution that you wish to spray. The magic, with this range of sprayers, is that you apply the liquid by pumping the handle. It is a double action pump so the liquid is dispensed with both the forward and backward movement. This gives a very light and cost effective sprayer that has an impressive spray reach.
The impressive reach that this sprayer offers makes it a very good option especially when looking to apply moss killing solutions to a roof and especially to hard to reach areas such as valleys, chimney stacks and ridge tiles. Also, Plant Protection Products can be easily applied to trees, large bushes and extensive grassed areas with ease. You can project a liquid stream up to 7 metres when spraying horizontally or 5.3 metres vertically and can spray horizontally, up to 1.7 metres.
We feel that this sprayer gives a very good spray reach however we do realise that however far you are able to spray there is always somewhere that is just a little out of reach. It is for this reason that we have a range of lance extensions and telescopic lances. Unfortunately, these can't be used with the Atlas sprayers so please don't buy one to attach to this sprayer.

FAQs
Can I use this sprayer with the telescopic lances?
No, this sprayer is 'pump action' only so can't be attached to any telescopic or standard extension lances. However, with a spraying stream range between 5 metres and 7 metres the adjustable nozzle does allow you to reach into areas that you would struggle to reach with even the longest of our telescopic lances.
What does 'spraying stream range' mean?
This sprayer is fitted with an adjustable nozzle so that you can regulate the actual spray pattern and change from an atomised spray through to a jet which is also known as the stream range.
