Product Description

This range of sprayers gives a choice of either 8 or 1.5 litre fill capacity with 3 bar maximum pressure and are specifically designed for the application of a wide range of foaming chemical products and are commonly used by cleaning professionals for an extensive range of applications. The specialist FPM seals and internal parts are designed to withstand most chemical solutions with a pH range between 1 - 7 although we do recommend, for very aggressive chemicals, that you check the sprayer compatibility either on the Resistance Guide below or by calling us and we can check the compatibility for you.

The 12.5-litre capacity tank allows for a massive 4.5 litres of compressed air (36% of the total tank volume) this means that, once compressed, you will have a much longer spray time before you must re-compress the tank. Less time wasted, more time spraying. It has a 2.5 metre hose that can allow easy access to areas without having to have the sprayer tank close at hand. The hose is designed to mix the chemical solution, stored within the tank, with air so that the solution is foaming when it reaches the nozzle. The spray handle contains a filter and foam pads which allow you to modify the consistency of foam so that you have the optimum density for your particular requirement. Additional or replacement pads are available in the Accessories tab above. The 1.5 litre hand sprayer has a total tank capacity of 2 litres and is very useful for the application of foaming products to awkward areas or when only a small application is required.

In addition to the flexibility with foam consistency you can also adapt the way that you use the sprayer so this sprayer can be connected to an air compressor giving a constant supply of pressurised air without having to pressurise the tank manually. There is also the option to mount this sprayer on a transport trolley which not only means that it doesn't have to be carried but gives a wider base which is especially good when on uneven ground. As with the foam pads, these items can be found in the Accessories tab.

FAQs

Will this sprayer make any liquid foam?

No. The product that you are spraying has be able to be 'foamed' so just filling the tank with water will not produce foamy water when the sprayer is used however put something into the water, such as a specialist cleaning chemical, and foam will be produced.

Is there any benefit to using a foaming sprayer?

There can be benefits especially for some cleaning solutions. Many fabric cleaners are designed to be applied as a foam and if applying to a vertical area the foam will stay in place far longer than a liquid which will run down a vertical surface very quickly.

How does this sprayer make the chemical foam?

Foam will be produced when you mix the required chemical with air. Our foaming sprayers introduce air to the chemicals in a number of places that enables foam to be produced.
