Seal Kit - FPM Plastic Sprayers

Replacement seal kit for our Profi Plus, Max 2 and Cleaner range of compression sprayers.  This repair kit contains a replacement piston ring, inline filter, one-way valve, O rings and seals/washers all of which will help to keep your sprayer working when you most need it.

We are advocates for REPAIR not REPLACE so should part of your sprayer start to wear or become damaged please make repairing the sprayer the first option rather than replacing it. If you have a Mesto sprayer then you have bought a very good piece of equipment that will serve you for many years but things do break and parts will wear but, with a quality sprayer, you can replace parts so don't need to buy a new sprayer and we stock all of the replacement parts you could need.

My sprayer won't hold any pressure, what is broken?

Unless you can see a broken part then not being able to build pressure within your sprayer is normally caused by one of three things; either the main O-ring on the top of the sprayer is damaged, the thread for the compression handle is dirty or the piston ring (within the compression shaft) is worn and needs to be replaced. If it is a dirty thread then just wipe it with a damp cloth, if it is the piston ring or O-ring then replacements for these are included in this repair pack.
